Mol Bulak Finance dynamically grows and develops, having an extensive diversified client base. Among clients of the company there are socially focused borrowers who try to bring feasible contribution to the development of their local community.
Realizing the needs of clients for the additional logistical assistance, Mol Bulak Finance introduced the socially-focused project “Helping good people”. The purpose of the project is to create the conditions for clients who wish to bring positive contribution to the development of their communities. Good things are in need of help that is why the company actively participates in life of socially-responsible people who share the mission and values of the company and purposefully bring good to the society. The project aims to assist in organizing activities, allowing to generate profit in the future. The first results are already seen that we proudly want to share with.
A really strong-willed and simply good-natured woman Tatyana Sinuk became the first client of the social project “Helping good people”. She gives a piece of her heart to old lonely people at the rest home for the elderly people in the city of Kemin. Tatyana took care of her parents up till their death. Having a good understanding of how difficult it is for older people to live without care and love, Tatyana realized that other older people do not have neither relatives who could take care of them nor roofs above their heads. One year ago on December 20th on her own initiative, Tatyana organized a rest home for the elderly people, where she takes care of 13 aged people. Tatyana’s three sons and her husband help her in the hard and noble work. “My family is my basic support,” - shares Tatyana Sinuk.
Mol Bulak Finance has not remained indifferent and has given out the interest-free loan to Tatyana for purchase of a cow and presented her hay and a separator as a gift. So the source of income was created, from which not only the loan can be paid off, but also there will be the way for improvement of conditions of life for aged people.
Tatyana shares her emotions: “It is a great pleasure for us, Mol Bulak Finance is really a source that gives out resources. If I knew about Mol Bulak Finance before, I would have taken the loan earlier”. Tatyana also shared her plans for the future. With the purchase of the cow they expect prosperity and development. Earlier, milk and dairy products were bought from private sellers, that was quiet costly. Now these charges will be reduced, and the milk will remain for their own consumption and sale.
One of the residents shares her emotions: “When Tatyana told us, that we will have a cow, we were impatiently waiting for it. When a cow appeared, we were extremely happy and express our deep gratitude to Mol Bulak Finance for the help provided.”
 The cow, called Nochka, also decided to contribute to good deal on December 13th and gave birth to two calves at once. Now Borya and Zorya are new members of the big family of Tatyana Sinuk and the rest home for the elderly people. Tatyana jokes: “Cows do not get to do ultrasound, Nochka gave birth to one calf, after a while we noticed that the second appeared, I was as happy as a young mother, in fact Zorechka was literally born on my hands. For me caring about calves is the same as caring for my own children, they are not simply new members of the family, they are the future supporters who will facilitate our life at the rest home for elderly people ”.
 When the calves were born, Tatyana's house has been overflown by neighbors and friends. The cow calved in a cold, frosty day so that just born calves were covered with jackets not to get frozen. Certainly, additional problems were added: to heat the furnace, to constantly change the hay, to feed calves three times a day, but these are only insignificant trifles in comparison with the huge benefits which the rest home for elderly people will receive in the nearest future.
