Prior to starting her own company Chinara had experience in micro financing as a chief credit expert in extending loans by the program of Mercy Corps (group loan)  in Balykchi. While working for Mercy Corps program she conducted numerous trainings for staff in all parts of Kyrgyzstan. She also delivered training and consultancy to Mercy Corps programs in Ingushetia, Russia and Uzbekistan. As CEO of Mol Bulak, Chinara managed to grow the company from 1 mln KGS in 2005 to 30 mln KGS by the end of 2007. Her company was a success story of a wholesale microfinance lender in Central Asia LLC, MCC "Frontiers". Chinara has successfully managed to close five debt deals with Frontiers and successfully repaid two or them.

Chinara graduated from the National University with a degree in Economics majoring in accounting and audit, and a degree in Technology from Frunze Polytechnic Institute as an engineer technologist of food industry.  In 1984 she was appointed as CEO Deputy at the food factory where she also continued to serve as a chief accountant until joining Mercy Corps.
