Tatiana Vorobieva, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Tatyana joined MCC "Mol Bulak Finance" as Chief Operating Officer after successful work record at Kompanion Financial Group. Tatyana has been working in microfinance field since October 2004, when she joined Ai-Ken Micro credit Public Fund founded by Mercy Corps. |

In 2005 Tatiana was offered to join Legal Department of Kompanion Financial Group where she had been working for more then three years. Tatiana had very diverse professional experience while working at Kompanion including leading the Legal department in a capacity of senior lawyer, working as a branch manager in Jalalabat region of the Kyrgyz Republic and working as a human resources manager.
Tatiana also has an experience in legal and organizational support of obtaining a commercial bank license, financial products development and working with international investors. Tatiana provided a significant support in closing deals exceeding in total ten million USD. Tatiana is a strong project manager and always leads multiple tasks, including product development, legal issues, debt deals, HR capacity building, community development projects and other activities. Tatiana and Babur worked as one team at Kompanion. Tatiana has Law degree from Kyrgyz - Russian Slavic University, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, and currently is working towards degree in Economics specializing in finance and credit. In 2009 Tatiana successfully completed her masters degree in Law (LLM) at Paul Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University, USA. Ms. Vorobieva is one of the only twelve young professionals who were selected for studying in the US by the prestigious Edmund Muskie graduate fellowship program in 2008-2009 academic year.
She is fluent in English and is studying French. Tatiana also participated as young leader of Kyrgyzstan to attend a Leadership training in Cambridge, MA, USA. Tatiana is a member of Kyrgyz Lawyers Association. |
