Aiym Karpykova, Internal Auditor
Ayim Karpykova started her work in the position of the internal auditor in “Mol Bulak Finance” after longstanding activity on management positions in various sectors. While working for one of the biggest holding companies in Kyrgyzstan - “Asia Alfa LTD” – in the role of the financial director, Aiym accumulated diverse experience in the field of financial management and planning, conducting internal audit operations and report preparation. |
Ayim Karpykova started her work in the position of the internal auditor in “Mol Bulak Finance” after longstanding activity on management positions in various sectors. While working for one of the biggest holding companies in Kyrgyzstan - “Asia Alfa LTD” – in the role of the financial director, Ayim accumulated diverse experience in the field of financial management and planning, conducting internal audit operations and report preparation.
Ayim’s professional career began in the field of banking in Moscow, where she worked as an accountant of currency management in Moscow branch of “Tver’ Universal Bank”. Subsequently, her qualification was supported by practical experience in Great Britain, London, in a translation agency -“Language Group LTd” - on the position of a chief accountant where she studied the specifics of international norms and standards.
Ayim can be characterized by uncommon thinking and professional flexibility. She is continuously educating herself and learning new technologies of monitoring and controlling within the microfinance field.
Ayim graduated from Almatinskiy Institute of Public Economy in Almaty, Kazakhstan majoring in economics. She is also fluent in English. |
