Sanjar joined the MCC “Mol Bulak Finance” as MIS/IT manager. Here, Sanjar has installed an integrated loan tracking system and general ledger. He automated all other processes in HR, Administrative and Finance departments. 

Before joining the “Mol Bulak Finance” Sanjar worked with Companion Financial Group as MIS Manager/programmer from January 2005 to December 2007.  There, he installed an integrated loan tracking system which he developed during the last five years and created automated work places at all company offices, which enhanced the crediting and repayment processes and internal control. Besides automating the business processes, Sanjar participated in creating new credit products. 

From May 2003 to November 2004 Sanjar worked at Microfinance Program Barakot based in Uzbekistan as MIS manager, programmer, and system administrator. Sanjar started his career in banking sector in 1996.  In 1997 Sanjar was transferred to the regional department of the National Bank on External Economic activity of Republic of Uzbekistan, where he held positions at departments of currency operations and became a head of the VISA department.  One of his achievements was introduction of plastic cards of the National Bank (Commercial Bank) in Namangan region and getting a contract with the largest joint enterprise in the region.
