Under her direct supervision Kochkor office to the end of 2007 already served 1200 customers.400 customers out of them were served by Dinara. Risks’ of loan portfolio were zero. 

From april till august 2008 at Mol Bulak Finance Dinara provided loan policy and lending procedure of Kochkor office in compliance with loan policy of Company, and also provided attraction of new clients, financial - economic analyses of client’s activity, performance of delinquent loans collection activities, monitor earlier disbursed loans of Kochkor office.On August 25 she was promoted to a Balykchi Market Manager.

Since 1996 Dinara had worked at Kyrgyz – Swiss Agricultural project “Helvetas” as a secretary and cashier. After re-organization of mentioned project to Fund of Rural Consultations and Development in 1999, Dinara promoted to executive assistant.  

In 1992 Dinara graduated from Frunze Polytechnic Institute with major in power engineering. At the same time had been working at Mayleesay electric bulb factory as an erector and vacuum worker. According to the direction of Institute since 1992 up to 1994 worked at Tashkumyr semiconductor devices factory as an engineer of main energetic board. At the same time double working at Institute as an electrical engineering and industrial electronics instructor. Additionally, this year Dinara will graduate International Academy of Management, Law, Finance and Business with degree majoring in business accounting, analyze and audit.  

Dinara is co-author of “Milk and dairy products processing”, tutorial for vocational schools’ students in two parts.
