At Mol Bulak Finance Renat provides Loan Policy and lending procedures manuals, and implementation in compliance with clients’ needs, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic requirements and Company’s goals and objectives as well. Pending working at Mol Bulak Finance Renat developed lending methodology under local microfinance market. Therewith under his direct supervision are procedural instructions and recommendations related to lending process throughout all regions, staff potential strengthening and improvement of professional skills of the lending personnel, implementation and development of internal control system, regular performance of lending process inspection (credit audit), and also development of credit risks evaluation and mitigation system, development and performance of delinquent loans collection activities.

Before joining Mol Bulak Finance Renat had worked at Kompanion Financial Group. He started in August 2006 as a loan officer. After one year of successful work at company he was advanced and promoted to Credit Administrator. There he developed and improved existing credit products based on needs identified by regional directors, branch managers and loan officers; and improved internal efficiency and customer service as well.

Renat started his work experience in 2003 as a service manager at ”Orient” restaurant. Then in April 2006 he joined the Hyatt Regency Bishkek as a guest service officer and after a while he was promoted to Night Auditor under Reception Desk.

Renat has two education degrees. The first one was got at Kyrgyz – Turkey Manas University with major in Food and Beverage Management, Hotel Management. In 2007 Renat graduated Moscow Institute of Enterprise and Law with degree in Financial Management.
