During his employment Nozim successfully headed the Department of Credit Administration.  This department was one of the key departments, which was responsible for the quality of the loan portfolio, organizing crediting process, and implementing internal control tools. He mastered the lending methodology very well and successfully managed to maintain the portfolio quality at very high level PAR <0.2%, with loan delinquencies of less than 7 days.  Nozim also chaired the Credit Committee and was involved in approving of loans over 1,000,000 KGS. 

In 2001 he began his activity in the area of microfinance at Microfinance Program of Mercy Corps in Uzbekistan "Barakot" as a credit expert and three years later he was appointed as the head of the Credit Administration.  Before his appointment, Nozim had successfully held the key positions of the lending department, served as a chief credit expert, branch manager, chief regional officer and credit manager.  He played a significant role in the activity of the aforementioned companies on the part of the credit process and strengthening lending methodologies and development of new products. Nozim was always key in making important decisions regarding all trends of the crediting activity of the company. 

Nozim graduated from Engineering Economic Institute and has a degree in Financing.
