Gulnara Kalikova is a managing partner in Kalikova & Associates Law firm, one of the leading Kyrgyz law firms working with foreign investors and advising multilateral agencies. In over twenty years of practice Mrs. Kalikova has advised clients on a wide range of foreign investment transactions in Kyrgyzstan with special emphasis on joint ventures, corporate governance, project finance, secures and unsecured lending. She has represented clients in some of the largest acquisitions and direct foreign investments in Kyrgyzstan and frequently negotiates on behalf of her clients directly with government officials and government agencies.
Mrs. Kalikova worked as attorney and head of the Bishkek representative offices of Chadbourne & Parke LLP and Mayer, Brown & Platt for over eight years and has an extensive experience working with lawyers from different jurisdictions.

Ms. Zhanna Shegai was always responsible for building up and strengthening the brands i.e. American Express, WBD, P&G etc.
She also participated in different social projects affecting vulnerable groups (street children) and helped to develop the legislation system in Kyrgyzstan within ABA CEELI, IFES and OSCEODIHR projects. Ms. Mavsuda Vaisova is an Executive Director of Micro Lending Fund "HUMO" with 10 years of experience in microfinance sector. Prior to HUMO Ms. Vaisova had lead Micro Credit Unit CARE, Tajikistan, and held various positions at Women Economic Opportunities project, funded by USAID in Tajikistan.
Until 1999 she taught numerous accounting courses for accountants, tax and insurance specialists and lawyers at Business AcademyTajikistan, and since 1982 to 1995 - at Finance and Economics College in Tajikistan. Ms. Vaisova successfully graduated from Tajik State National University with degree in Economics. Additionally she has passed plenty trainings in strategic marketing, client assessment, loan portfolio management, product development concerning microfinance area.
